Almost everyone I know is pretty confused right now about a lot of things.Relationships, careers, even simple everyday decisions.I guess teen years are meant to be like that.But I hate having to not plan everything out...I have to have a backup plan for anything and everything I do.
There are without doubt a lot of things I am confused about too.Time seems to be running out and yet theres so much to do!! I feel like someone is squeezing me out of a time capsule and every minute counts.I feel terrible when I procrastinate because theres that constant reminder of a virtual clock ticking in my head.Dramatic much?
Thats just always been me.A drama queen.Drama seeks me out...it feels the need to keep clawing its way back into my life.Not complaning, after all, that is what keeps me entertained.
I just sat down and jotted down a masterplan.A plan that involves me being more independant, more hardworking, more organised and definitely different.You know what makes me feel amazing about this 'plan'? For once, no one has a problem with it.Being the *oh-I-have-please-everyone* freak, everybodys happiness always makes a difference.But you know what? I'd probably go through with it even if it didn't make everyone happy.It makes me happy and thats all that matters.
I'll be sure to post it here first the minute I succeed in what I want to do.Believe you me, its not far away.

I'm the kind of guy who loves to taste new things. Right now I'm making my hold photovoltaic panels. I am making it all by myself without the aid of my staff. Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
