Somehow,i've always been fascinated by ballet dancers...i can stare at them doing the ballet for hours together...even though i'm not the graceful kinna person...ballet interests me...the way they move...their expressions,body movements...
You require a lotta poise and flexibility for the ballet...its a very disciplined dance...
There are certain things you wear while doing the ballet...the dress is called a tutu and the shoes are trimfoot canvas.
Ballet is an elite form of dancing in which foot muscle movement is required the most.There is no singing done in a typical ballet.Ballet,like most indian dances have their story and plot conveyed through the person's facial expressions and body movements.
Ballet orignated in Rome during the Roman Pantomime.Roman Pantomime is a Greek tragedy mainly of speaking and dancing, with emphasis on facial and bodily movements to transmit a plot.Louis XIV is known as the patron of ballet, because under his reign as the Sun King, he allowed ballet to flourish in Versailles.
Somehow when i see the ballet,i feel at peace because the dance is so graceful and its so amazing how just simple movements can convey a lot...
I would love to learn the ballet someday...what about you?

but the chicks who perform it are very flexible and cute looking...so I enjoy watching ballet at times..

Yeah I wouldn't mind learning ballet, but I dun think my gf would be too happy innit?
Ballet is pretty artistic dance. Was always fascinated by its grace. I took up some classes a few summers but soon gave up cos ballet demands a lot physically and after a certain age, learning it become unrealistic. Its easier to learn as kids when the body and bones are more flexible.

i haven't seen real ballet on my sight (only in films) but one of my friends play ballet and i wanna see her show!
you know ballet is peaceful dance anyway.
