Its been over a month since one of my very close friends left for Jakarta.At first,she regularly came online and we would chat often.Now,she doesn't have much time,so we can't talk to eachother everyday.I just miss her so much and she is going through a major state of confusion at the moment.Lots of problems.It just hurts me that i can't fully be there for her at such a time.When either of us aren't online,we mail eachother.
Guess it goes to show,it really hurts when you can't always be there for someone when they were always there for you.I don't mean i owe her or anything.There are just certain things that make me wish she was here.
Like how she would always act like i'm her responsibility,how her hand automatically found mine while crossing a road,how she can tell even without seeing me that i'm upset,how she can NEVER think about leaving my side when i'm upset.
Its rightfully said...Absence does make the heart grow fonder.
I often wonder though,very soon we are all going to part out separate ways.Very soon.Will things be the same?
I cling onto my friends for everything.They're my strength.Once they're gone,i'm nothing.How will i survive?I know nothing is ever permanent,but thinking that in a few years,we're all going to be thousands of miles away from one another,scares me.
I know it is going to happen one day...and thats the day i dread.

Oh, I know this feeling! My best friend left for Australia a year and a half ago...I still miss her like hell. But I think internet is one way you can always stay in touch...I know it's not the same but still, something's better than nothing. :) Plus, it feels very good to know that your friend is happy in her new life...I know it makes me feel good when she gabs on and on about her new school and new friends. :D
